The accused was detained after eight youngsters and a grown-up became sick at the facility in mid-summer.
The 76-year-old, from Ruddington in Nottinghamshire, confessed to a total of 17 charges when he stood at the judicial center on recently.

'Candy game'
Mary Prior KC, prosecuting, described Ruben's offending to the legal proceedings.
She stated his victims were under-privileged children who were staying at a summer camp which he managed.
Ruben engaged in a "sweet game" with the minors, Mrs Prior explained, in which he would access the boys' rooms when they were settling down and ask them to eat sweets "rapidly".
She stated to the judge the defendant had engaged in this activity with the young males "repeatedly", and minors had earlier experienced illness the subsequent day.
She said the man had been able to explain this for many years as the youngsters being "overstimulated by activities", until his family member had suspicions in summer 2025.
The legal representative stated further: "Recently" his stepchild had worries about what was going on, with valid cause.
"They chose" to examine in the defendant's belongings."
The legal counsel stated materials including lubricant, petroleum jelly and injection devices were discovered, and his stepchild notified the law enforcement about his worries.
She stated the defendant continued to conduct the "sweet game" with six youngsters that night - July 26th - and they were all sick the next day.
"Authorities" had not gone out by that stage," she added.
The regulatory agency, the police conduct office, had stated that it was investigating the police response of the incident.
The legal representative explained the children were unable to walk properly due to their sickness, so the family member contacted the law enforcement again.
She stated the man then played the "candy game" in a room of five youngsters.
