Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key identifying various sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the current congressional release.
